Doosey works on the simple theory that things don’t have to match, that to clash with confidence is cool. "We took the iconic shape of a lampshade, re-assembled it and turned it partly upside-down, the Doosey is deliberately playful, familiar and yet pleasantly surprising” Monica Singer -designer.

Doosey is produced on a limited edition basis whereby once a fabric is exhausted it is replaced by another pattern. On average about 2-300 lamps are made before a fabric is replaced. A single fabric may run out before another or all 3 may run out together allowing a totally new look. Each combination is carefully selected and put together by our in house stylists to make sure that all the clashes are a perfect match for one another!

Innermost is happy to consult with clients about special runs of fabric which can be combined to make one or a variety of Doosey options. Generally we accept orders based on about 100 metres of each fabric pattern but this can be broken down into a variety of product styles as seen here.

Doosey 4 - 56cm diameter x 76cm high supplied with specially sized Cross base. Fabric shown here (Marimekko) is a non standard fabric.
