Remember the days
when your bank was a fortress built on reputation and trust? When
banking was a genteel occupation practiced soberly in oak
lined rooms. When the solidity of the profession was reflected
in the very clothes the bankers wore – stiff collars
and sturdy bowler hats.
To commemorate the demise of the Great British banker,
Innermost brings you ‘Jeeves’, designed by
Jake Phipps. Available from April 2009, Jeeves is a pendant
light combining a genuine handmade wool felt bowler hat
and an energy (and money!) saving G9 bulb, reinforced by
anodized aluminium. >>
